We specialize in serving small businesses, residential construction contractors.

Our clients are busy general contractors who spend 10-12+ hours a day, driving to and working on various job sites. They are excellent tradespeople, who just need a little help managing their office work.

Business Administration -- We provide contractors a person who is knowledgeable in running the business side of your company. We are familiar with WA Labor and Industries, Department of Revenue, Secretary of State, license, bonds, insurance, worker's comp, accounting, invoices, IRS, payroll, construction loan draws, and everything else that is necessary to maintain and run your business.
Project Management -- We provide you the in-office support, necessary to coordinate the work. We understand the level of detail that goes into general construction and project management because we have done it. We have been the contractor, the project manager, and the labor. While we focus on in-office work, we have the experience to run out to a job site and coordinate subs, especially for the times when you can't be in 2 places at once.

We carry our own bond, license, and insurance to make sure that when we work on your project, you are covered.
